Change individual Post background color in Post List component block

Customer reached out inquiring on how to change the background colors of her individual post list items in the Post List Component Block.

I tested and noticed there was not easy way to do this. You have to edit html and add the correct styles and classes to the post list items in order to accomplish it.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have a control for individual post backgrounds in this block. Even if it's a single color that's applies to all individual post the post list.
