Motivation
When 1.10 is released, we can safely delete the storage app and the permission fixer as we are moving forward to S3 and keep Delta running with a storage app from the 1.9.x series

Acceptance criteria

  1. The storage app is removed from the sources / the documentation / the github actions
  2. The remote storage application remains on the Delta side
  3. Integration tests use the 1.9.x image of storage
