Patch resource ids to the new environment

Motivation
When importing resources to a new environment, we want to patch resources so that id matching the old environment are patched to match the new one

Acceptance criteria

1. The id of the resource is patch to match the new environment including the new org and project id if this one are included in the id
   Ex:

• https://bbp.epfl.ch/myresource becomes: https://www.openbrainplatform.org/myresource
• https://bbp.epfl.ch/org/project/myresource becomes: https://www.openbrainplatform.org/org-dest/project-dest/myresource

2. Any id in the resource payload is also patched according to the same rule
