🐛 [BUG] - Surface Pro 5th gen power and volume button none fuctional

Description

Running Bliss OS 16 surface foss version the power button and volume buttons are non functional. This is on build 2024-02-11. I think this might be related to the kernel not including the soc for the powerbutton and volume button array however i am nowhere near skilled enough to be able to fix this myself. To confirm this functions fine running a linux distro with linux-surface kernel. The biggest issue with this is when the device goes to sleep i have to perform a hard restart to be able to bring the screen back on making it a fairly big issue.

Reproduction steps

Install Bliss OS, immediately unable to use power or volume button.
