Input - Streamline and test Sequenced Inputs

Sequenced inputs in the input system thus far haven't been tested, so at a minimum that needs to be done. Additionally some of the code may be malformed or sub-optimal. A thorough review both of the SequenceContainer class and it's use in the input system (each input device has one as well as the input manager) should be evaluated.
