ZeroMQ notifications not working?

Having an issue where BU does not seem to publish any zmq notifications.
Using the same bitcoin.conf on Bitcoin ABC works normally.

Running BUCash v1.5.1.0-6778995 installed on windows from .exe.

BU hasn't implemented zmq on windows, it currently only works on linux. It's been on my todo list for a while now, I'll bump it up on my priority list...
