[FEATURE]: Default layout to second monitor

Summary

I have the kwin script virtual desktops only on primary and I want to save a default layout config for the second monitor since every time I change virtual desktop on the primary screen my layout got rested.

Want to keep the same layout configuration in my second mointor that is in portrait mode also if we can integrate this feature with the one that allows you to create custom layouts my workflow will be finally great
