Description

Powershell启动Windows-Cli版，不传入http-open-access，无法正常访问webui。已在多设备上验证。
(edit: 使用cmd启动同样不传参无法访问)

使用命令：
./BililiveRecorder.Cli.exe run --bind "http://localhost:2356" "path"
./BililiveRecorder.Cli.exe run --bind "http://0.0.0.0:2356" "path"
