[Feature] Floating window api

Describe the feature you'd like!

everyone would benefit from you guys adding more comfortable support for the floating window API used on the detached custom css window. It would fit nicely with the other functions in "BdApi.UI". It would greatly benefit plugin developers along with dev tools such as mini log windows and so on. Right now im manually calling the command which is a hell itself.

right now im just mimicking the click event on the customcss button to make the floating window and editing it from there, which isn't proper at all but I can't seem to access the API directly or callback
