Soundswitch keeps switching to recording device after booting Windows

What happened?

After I boot Windows, I get the following notification every 10-20 seconds:

Before that, sometimes the following Windows icon is shown:

I changed the notification settings to let SoundSwitch not show any, but still the windows icon comes up every 10-20 seconds. The only thing that helps is quitting SoundSwitch. When I start it again, all seems fine, so maybe it's some kind of startup problem.

Step to reproduce

Nothing. This problem even occurs if I do absolutely nothing.
