BedwarsRel v1.3.6 PlayerJoinEvent Error

Hello,
I have installed BedWars Rel version 1.3.6 on my network, and everything is running fine so far. However, when I and leave the game server using the slime ball and then rejoin the server, I do not get the items back in my inventory. This error is displayed in the console:
