Would be easy to implement.

add setuptools extra requiring paquo
add submodule using paquo and implement conversion functions
implement loader that takes a path to a qupath project and outputs ~~Annotations (could even convert an entire QuPath project into an AnnotationProvider)~~ a PadoDataset
