create pado dataset from urlpath with images
ingest csv as metadata into pado dataset
ingest geojson (or qpproj?) as annotations into pado dataset

pado create \
   --image-path ./my-images/*.svs \
   --metadata ./my-metadata.csv --metadata-iid-column "filename" \
   --annotations ./geojson-annotations/*.geojson \
   ./output-dataset
