I have a Logitech C-U0007 receiver, and tried flashing the firmware. As it always failed, I broke it open to see about programming it with SPI. However, it appears I might have an OTP part. Could anyone confirm?
The chip is marked:

NRF N
LU1PA
1111AP

@RChadwick7 I was able to flash my Logitech C-U0007 receiver over USB using ubuntu just fine.

I was too actually. I purchased a number of C-U0007 receivers, and all programmed fine except for that one.

It probably has a signed bootloader, bootloader version 4 and up requires the firmware to be signed by Logitech.

It's OTP. I bought 2 C-U0007, both of them are LU1PA.
I was told by the seller, C-U0007 means nothing, there are several different versions of C-U0007.
There are few more dongles still on the way, Hopefully there's at least one usable.
