logitech-usb-restore sends incorrect payload[0] #1

https://github.com/BastilleResearch/nrf-research-firmware/blob/master/prog/usb-flasher/logitech-usb-restore.py#L33 rewrites the first payload packet (I assume to mask out the bootloader from being written) but it only writes an array of 31 bytes, not 32. The other payload entries all have 32 bytes.
