I haven't been in touch with software defined radio, but I'm curious about whether this work completely covers lorawan's network server, application server and other structures.

I believe that would require vendor specific knowledge and contact with manufacturer is your best course of action. Especially if you arent using SDR or GnuRadio. This project was /is about interpretation of LoRa protocol through reverse engineering for use in Gnu Radio and other open source SDR projects. What you seek falls into domain of LoRa project IP . Intellectual Property of LoRa project. Hope this is clear for you.
