Below is the problem:

viki@c3po:~/raptor$ rosdep check -a
System dependencies have not been satisified:
apt libcppunit-dev
apt python-mock
apt python-coverage
ERROR[ffld_ros]: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [libfftw3-dev]
    rosdep key : libfftw3-dev
    OS name : ubuntu
    OS version : trusty
    Data: <no data>
ERROR[raptor]: resource not found [opencv2]

As per http://wiki.ros.org/opencv2 it looks like

Since Indigo, OpenCV is not released from ROS infrastructure. Its ROS-interface package vision_opencv depends on standalone libopencv* packages."
