Genre sync error when selecting “add context queue to playlist”

Using Navidrome.
I was excited when I found this feature to make playlists of similar songs, but when I hit the button “add context queue to playlist” for the song, it throws me this error “URLSessionTask failed with error: cannot parse response.

Is this because my “background song sync” is not yet completed? I have a huge library, so it’s at about 37% sync now after leaving the app open all night for 4 days..
