Use Open Collective

Hi Maximilian,

I would like to support your amazing work with this app. There is non-profit service called Open Collective, which is very similar to Patreon, but it doesn't charge a fee. Additionally it let's creator create invoices so supporters can see how the money is used e.g. Apple Apple Developer fee.

If you create a Collective I promise to support you with 10€/month for a year upfront (120€).

PS: I know that you also offer people to support you via PayPal, but I don't feel comfortable doing that.
