Replaced my Front Plate on my PSP 1001 to fix Analog stick Problem. No ISOs
loaded after this was done. Uninstalled IPL by using PROUPDATE and CIPL Flash.
Formatted Memory Stick, and Reset PSP to Default Settings. Reran PROUPDATE and
then reinstalled CIPL from a RAW IPL. Worked when it was done. Reset PSP, No
longer works.

I have no idea what i could have possibly done but this is really bugging me.

Do you have any idea on what it could be?

Unless you damaged your PSP during the hardware part replacement nothing should
be wrong.
What you can do is us a Pandora Kit and MMS to install a fresh 5.00 or 5.50
OFW, Update to 6.60 OFW from there and then do the CFW installation process
from a clean install.
You can make a softmod Pandora Battery from your own battery using Recovery
Flasher.
You can find the Magic Memory Stick bundles all over the net available for
download.
You will have to format your MS if you choose this method.
