Description: Continue discussing Image Analysis SDK. Since our 'Introduction' meeting on 11/6/2023:

• The REST APIs has GA, with a simplified 'Read' (OCR) JSON result
• The REST API does not include Image Analysis with custom model. It also does not include Image Segmentation (background removal)
• The TypeSpec PR (Azure AI Vision - Image Analysis TypeSpec files azure-rest-api-specs#26146) was updated to support the GA REST API (updated OCR result, remove custom model and segmentation). - - The TypeSpec PR was merged on 12/14/2023
• SDK PRs were created for all 4 tier-1 programing languages, including required customization.
• As of 12/18/2023, we are working to get all SDK PR jobs green
