[Text Analytics] Expected output differs from actual output in some tests.

We are running live Tests against other clouds like US Gov and Azure China Cloud. The goal is to check whether new azure sdk package work with other clouds or not.

Errors in other sovereign clouds are as described in the issue: #17563.

Before reproducing the error in this issue #17563, let's deal with the error in the public cloud first.

Expected Behavior:
All tests can pass normally.
