-Certificate parameter doesn't have description #24859

I'm receiving this error when calling Get-AzRecoveryServicesVaultSettingsFile:

Cannot process command because of one or more missing mandatory parameters: Certificate.

I looked up the documentation and it appears that there isn't an explanation for the Certificate parameter.

Also, the documentation says that the Certificate parameter isn't required, yet the error I'm getting says it is.
