[Feature request] Enable Localisation for ja, ko, zh-cn and zh-tw

Adding support for more languages
We have created localization files and added the
files here #424 for Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese based on the following file: https://github.com/Azure/azure-iot-explorer/blob/master/src/localization/locales/en.json

Hi @PraveenAnil Thank you for contributing to our repository.
However we don't have style check nor poli check in place for our languages files yet, and the tool is also not yet at the stage to enabling mutli language.
So we closed the pr for now.
But we will leave the issue open since we need to address it in the future.
