[Feature request]: more information on voices, children and multilinguals voices

When using speechSynthesizer.GetVoicesAsync() we don't get the information about the SecondaryLocaleList of the voices, meaning that for multilingual voices we don't know which languages are compatible with

It's more or less same feature someone requested for JS SDK here

The same way that TTS API provides a list of supported languages for each voice I would like to have that info available on the C# SDK

Thanks for using the speech SDK and making this feature request. I've added it to our backlog and we may address this in a future release. Once the work is done, we will update this issue to let you know what release the feature/fix will be in.
