Description

I have analytics disabled in Pocket Casts. Despite this, using Apple's built-in App Privacy Report, I see Pocket Casts regularly contacting app-measurement.com, firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com, and others. I would expect that after disabling analytics, the app does not contact any analytics domains whatsoever, especially not multiple times a day.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Enable iOS App Privacy Report (Settings > Privacy & Security > App Privacy Report)
  2. Disable Analytics in Pocket Casts (Profile > Gear icon > Privacy > Collect information)
  3. Use Pocket Casts with analytics disabled (these domains didn't show up for me right away, so I'm not exactly sure for how long)
  4. Observe the previously-mentioned domains being contacted regularly by Pocket Casts (Settings > Privacy & Security > App Privacy Report > App Network Activity (may need to show all))
