Runtime polymorphic mapping with Include/IncludeBase not supported

initially I thought i hit a bug in graphql, but according to the docs it seems automapper does not support this.

I am thinking about closing this feature gap but im not sure how difficult it is.

are there any objection against a PR that enables this feature?

do you have some reasoning/ design issues why it is not implemented?

@jbogard This looks legit to me. It seems EF Core supports what's needed for runtime polymorphism with ProjectTo. As I don't use EF Core, can you confirm? :) Then we can discuss what it would mean for AM to support this.

I use EF Core but not polymorphic mapping in quite a long time myself.
