Fix bug in analysis code

Fixed a bug in analysis module that caused segmentation fault problems in 2% of cases.

Updated build system

Added CMake build system in addition to a Makefile. Source code and header code properly organised into folders. Header guards applied. The physics content has been validated against the last release.

First release with semantic versioning

Since the last release: Minor bug fixes and a setup script for configuring the environment. Updates to the documentation. First release with semantic versioning.

Updated release containing new fast SPDT and MSD codes

This release contains some bug fixes and updated MSD and SPDT codes.
