NiN-kart versjon av topo4 gråtone 'https://bakgrunnskart.artsdatabanken.no/v1/egk_topo4graatone/' inneholder gamle fylkesgrenser.

Bør byttes ut med 2020 versjon.

Additional context
Kan kasnkje vurdere å ta vare p åden gamle. Hvem vet hva vi trenger senere?
