Fake Camera and USB camera is not working on Aravis viewer for MSYS2 installation on Windows

Describe the bug
Installed MSYS2 and then installed aravis-gst package. Opened aravis-viewer-0.8 and opened fake camera with default setting. No video stream observed only blank white screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install MSYS2
Run mingw64
install pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-aravis-gst
Go to cd /mingw64/bin/
run ./aravis-viewer-0.8
Aravis viewer window will appear, select Fake camera and run
Blank White screen will appear and that's it

Expected behavior
Fake Camera video stream should work

Camera description:

• Manufacturer
• Model
• Interface [e.g. USB3]

Platform description:

• Aravis version: Tried 0.8.26 to 08..30
• OS: [Windows 10, 11]
• Hardware [x86_64]

Additional context
Earlier it was working with aravis-viewer-0.8.26 but that time msys2 libs were different. After updated msys2 base , it stopped working.
aravis-tools-0.8.xx , aravis-camera-test-0.8.xx *.exe are working as expected.
