docker实例自动关闭，web页面账户注册问题 #3

问题一：
ant_web 启动会出现error ，需多次重启才能够启动

问题二：
md中提供的默认账号密码，没有输入的机会。只能按照web页面引导，进行注册。输入完成注册信息后，页面显示安装中，会一直显示“安装中”。

问题三：
docker实例会自动关闭，见上图。。

请大佬指点一二~

ant 的启动是依赖 mongodb 启动的，mongodb 如果没启动完成(启动中也不行)，是启动不起来 ant 的, ant_web 在启动的时候会尝试10次，如果尝试后如果 mongodb 还未就绪就会停止启动
README中提供的账号密码，是指手动安装的时候才会遇到的
