add namespace to allele distribution

I am having trouble adding namespaces... how come cegwas can't find strain_isotype?

just have to add ggplot2:: to all functions associated with package...etc

not sure about strain_isotype.

did you do devtools::use_data() before your last commit?

Yeah... Repeatedly. Can't get it to work...
