In de opstartfase wordt in Allegro niet vastgelegd of het een aanvraag Schuldbemiddeling/Saneringskrediet betreft. Hierdoor geeft Allegro automatisch Schuldbemiddeling aan, terwijl het in ons geval 99% van de tijd een Saneringskrediet betreft. Dit geeft een vertekend beeld voor de schuldhulpverlener. Is het mogelijk om in alle statussen voor Status E 'Afkoopvoorstellen zijn verstuurd'daar iets neer te zetten als 'Nader te bepalen' 'Onbekend'?
