Add Option to Sync App and OS Clipboard

As mentioned in the issue #386 it would be helpful to have the option to sync between the clipboard from the app and the operation system. Similar to the option in vim.

This option should be deactivated by default to not break the current behavior then the users could opt in this option if they want to.
