Can't make two controllers at once - Xbox controllers - It takes two - EA

Hello,
I have:
-Steam link app i run on my Nvidia shield TV
-Two xbox controllers linked to Nvidia shield TV via bluetooth
-An EA game it takes two i run through steam
-GloSi v0.1.2.0 with option for game it takes two on "max emulated controller = 2" and "Use real device (USB)-IDs activated

When I do so I am able to add one xbox controller fine but not a second one, am i missing something or it's just not possible to use multiple controllers?
