Ability to lock the current frequency

Feature description
Hello, I feel like being able to lock the currently selected radios frequency would be incredibly helpful, especially given situations such as receiving on mobile where moving your finger just a little bit can cause the radio to move and potentially bork a pass. A simple padlock next to the frequency would do wonders.

The closest issue I could find related to this is #1029, but this relates to the frequency instead of the bandwidth (Which would be a great change as well all things considered).
