A good noise blanker would be a great addition to SDR++. I'm not the only one surrounded by electric fences... Attached picture shows an e-fence pop from my active E-field antenna with a 50-ohm termination at the o'scope input. The pulse is about 1.4Vp-p (o'scope accidentally set for x10 probe so it is 0.2V/division).
