Bug Description
A clear description of the bug.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Set HDPI Scaling to 400% and Restart
  2. If device in portrait mode, the starting splash exceeds the screen and app immediately crashes. App will not crash if turned to landscape as app is started.

Had to be rolled back
