Machine Learning for Neuroimaging with Scikit-Learning

The scripts that can generate the figure, and underly the examples of the paper, can be found in the 'scripts' directory.

Note: The nilearn package makes all the patterns exposed here easier to write. It is maintained, unlike this repository.
