setup.exe dialogue for Thorium

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I just updated mercury and saw this dialogue when running the installer. It seemed nice for a browser that doesn't have an auto update feature.

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
Thorium should also have this, so I don't have to check the about page of the browser if I installed the new update. It's not really a big deal but it helps for some user-friendliness.
