I may be overlooking something, but login page works fine. Get a 404 error (localhost/schoolerp/home/admin_login) when attempting to login as admin.

.htaccess is also correct

Nevermind, Didnt like subfolders

.htaccess is also correct

we have to create db manually as it suggest how you trying to login as admin.. there are not table or data.
