What is currently missing?

The environment is required for the majority of future playwright tests outside of administrative actions.

How could this be improved?

Create a kafka cluster
Create a kafka environment from the cluster
Update the tenant properties with this kafka environment.

Is this a feature you would work on yourself?

I plan to open a pull request for this feature
