Improvement to Promotion label in Coral

What happened?

In coral I
Created a new topic in DEV
Promoted the topic to TEST
Created a schema in DEV
Promoted a schema to TEST
When I view the schema in Dev the banner for promotion says

This text is misleading as the schema has been promoted to the higher environment.

What did you expect to happen?

A more informative message allowing promotion, but without saying it didnt already exist in the higher environment

What else do we need to know?
