Thank you very much for making this code available. I have two questions relating the usage of your code that I hope you could answer.
Firstly, is there an option to choose not to write out the *.vtk and *_Layered.vtk files? This would be a nice feature to have to reduce the size the output folder (I am working with rather large image volumes).
Secondly, I noticed that the write out in the terminal mentioned the number of processors used by the program (for me this is one). I was wondering if you have looked into having a parallel version of the program, as OpenFoam is a great platform for parallel computing. Again, this would greatly help working with bigger image volumes.
