Hello . I was trying to port bowser jr. to github . i did what the instructions said . but i don't have the permission to make/upload the folder ! So can anyone give me permission to make a folder in Adrianotiger/desktopPet/Pets folder ???

You can't made any changes on other repositories.
You have to fork the project on your account and create/add the files on your account.
Once finished, I can merge your changes inside the original project.

On my server, there was a lot of wrong animations, on github I have more control over wrong formatted xmls.

If you port it to github, you can insert your name 😊 As the Bowser junior is really just an example with only 3-4 animations... He just walks.

I uploaded the files to pets but after i uploaded it i can't see the files in the repository . pls help

Read this tutorial. It should be more clear:
https://guides.github.com/activities/forking/

If you made some changes on a project, you have to push all changes at once, not create a commit for each single file.

This is only possible if you fork the repository and edit it on your space.
