Make a single page clarifying how icons are used post max -- they can be used for the following:

Display in the Plugin Manager (sideloaded)
Uploaded to console (different size -- 512x512; they get downscaled to 96x96)
Displayed in dialogs if using dialog helpers in the plugin-toolkit -- in which case, you can specify multiple icons, including one better suited for a dialog (48x48)

Having a single page would also let us go over some best practices when it comes to icon design (filled background, we apply rounded corners, etc.)
