I am using Ubuntu 22.04 with NVIDIA 535
$ sudo apt-get install cuda-11-5
Reading package lists... Done

This is not an AdaptiveCpp problem, but looks more like a general Ubuntu package installation issue. You might have more luck finding someone who knows how to solve this e.g. on Ubuntu support channels, I'm afraid.
