JSON licenses - could this be removed now?

All files inside the package https://github.com/Activiti/Activiti/blob/develop/activiti-core/activiti-engine/src/main/java/org/activiti/engine/impl/util/json have an additional JSON license mentioned but unfortunately in our case we are not allowed to use libraries which have JSON licenses involved.

Upon further investigation, we can see that the JSON license has been removed on the source library.

Could you please check if we can also remove the JSON license headers from activiti classes? otherwise, we will have to avoid using activiti on our side.
