Additional Information

I am using linux mint cinnamon with ATLauncher installed from a flatpack, but I have also tried the latest .jar release file and it does the same.

Is this actually a launcher bug?

  • I am sure this is a bug with the launcher and not an issue with running Minecraft

This is a limitation of Java not having native wayland support.

I'm not using Cinnamon on Wayland, just the default X11 session.

Well then, it's an x11 issue perhaps?

Regardless I do not think there is anything we can do application side.

I suggest reporting the bug to Linux Mint
