In Discussion #1253 , user Ted-Whittock included a sample figure showcasing RHI scans from a mobile radar positioned along a mountain ridge.

Inclusion of digital terrain models for RHI and synthetic RHI scans would be beneficial for SAIL and ARM DQ office.

AWS Open Data appears to have multiple open source datasets that we can benefit from:
